Independent client-side IT project oversight
I help companies without an in-house IT team assess vendor proposals, control delivery and accept the finished product — before you approve the final invoice.
A web app, CRM, e-commerce platform, integration, internal system or AI solution — and you want to get it right.
You are an owner, executive or manager making technology decisions that require expertise from outside your company.
Estimates differ substantially, and the proposed scope is difficult to compare point by point.
Deadlines move, scope grows and invoices arrive — but you cannot tell how much of it is justified.
You want to know the product meets the agreement before you sign it off and approve payment.
A vendor has sent a lengthy, expensive proposal — and you cannot tell whether the price is fair for the actual scope.
See what you can do →The deadline passed a month ago, and you keep hearing “just two more sprints”.
See what you can do →Meetings are full of unfamiliar terms — but you need to make decisions today.
See what you can do →The product is ready for your approval, but you have no reliable way to check whether it includes everything you ordered.

Describe your projectThe framework I use across engagements, regardless of industry or scale. You can bring me in at any stage.
I turn your vision into a clear brief, user stories and backlog. Vendors get the same basis for estimating, and you get a document that protects your interests throughout delivery.
Outcome: vendors price the same scope, proposals become comparable and the risk of hidden costs falls.
Explore the service →I represent you within the technical team. I join sprint meetings, verify scope and progress, maintain risk and change logs, and explain technical decisions in business terms.
Outcome: clearer visibility of scope, budget and quality, while maintaining a constructive vendor relationship.
Explore the service →I run acceptance testing with you and your team. I check contractual compliance, document defects, assess production risks and recommend whether to approve the final invoice.
Outcome: you accept the product on the basis of clear criteria you understand and can justify.

For over ten years I have led digital products as a Product Owner, Project Manager and Business Analyst, from startups to large organisations. I now use that experience on your side of the table to protect scope, budget and quality.
I use user stories, BPMN and mind maps to turn business needs into clear specifications. My focus is agile delivery and distributed teams, with constructive, specific communication with vendors.
You do not need to be a technology expert to buy software well. That is where I come in.— Marcin Zaworski, NexusPM
FAQ
It is project management on the client's side, rather than the vendor's. I represent your interests: review scope and proposals, check delivery progress and support acceptance. I do not develop the software — I help ensure the vendor delivers against your agreement and business goals.
Usually before signing a contract (proposal and brief review), at project start (backlog preparation), during delivery (sprint oversight), or before acceptance (UAT). You can bring me in at any stage.
No. I do not write code or compete with development companies. I work constructively with your vendor while asking specific questions. My role is to improve transparency and help ensure the result matches what you commissioned.
Yes. Final acceptance and UAT can be a standalone engagement. I prepare test scenarios and acceptance criteria, run UAT with you and recommend whether the product is ready for sign-off and payment.
It depends on scope: a single proposal review differs from several months of delivery oversight. We agree scope and pricing after a free consultation, once I understand your project and its stage.
