My role is not to sell a particular technology. I represent the client's goals, constraints, budget and long-term ability to maintain and develop the solution.

Connecting business and technology

An IT project is more than tool selection. It requires understanding processes, users, data, responsibilities, legal requirements, integrations and decision-making.

I translate business needs for technical teams and explain the consequences of technical decisions to management. Both sides can then discuss the same outcome rather than different versions of the project.

Experience in practical delivery

I have worked on digital products, web applications, internal systems, CRM, automation, integrations, sales and marketing platforms, and solutions serving different user groups.

My work has included requirements gathering and documentation, backlogs, workshops, scope planning, team coordination, testing, acceptance and stakeholder communication across organisational levels.

That experience helps me look beyond a single methodology. I adapt the approach to the real situation, not the other way around.

Independent of a single vendor or platform

NexusPM does not earn money from vendor licences or development hours. Recommendations can therefore follow the client's interests rather than fit a problem to a particular product.

If better configuration of an existing tool will work, there is no need for a new system. If an off-the-shelf product meets the need, custom development may be an unnecessary cost. If processes are not ready, improve those first.

I do not promise that every problem can be solved without extra cost or a changed plan. I promise a clear explanation of the situation and the consequences of available choices.

I record important decisions without producing unused paperwork. I communicate issues early and help create conditions where vendors can deliver well while clients retain control of the goal and investment.
